  1. Do you have to reboot to remove monitors now?

I noticed in display settings there is no longer (at least on the machines I've tried, all Win10) an option to disconnect displays under the multiple displays option inside of display settings.

After trying for about an hour to get a windows box to forget a completely disconnected display today we ended up having to shut down the client processes and reboot the entire machine.

Was this option intentionally removed and replaced with something else?

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
      Code:
      net user test /del
