    HP Envy X360 Convertible 15-ds0040au


    I just bought an Envy x360 a little while ago, but when I try to set up Windows Hello Face the option says "This option is currently unavailable", and below, it says "Windows Hello is preventing some options from being shown"


    I've troubleshot my device, and I have the latest Windows update. I've also downloaded Windows 10 Update Assistant for the November 1903 update


    is this because my laptop doesn't have Infrared compatibility?

    pen support on hp envy x360?

    OK so I have recently purchased a 'HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-ar052sa'

    And i was wondering if it would work with the hp stylus or a wacom one? (i don't like the styluses with the rubbery end and i'm not too bothered about pressure sensitive ones) here is all the info i can find, thanks.
