Windows 10: Problem finding programme marked as "You own this app."

    Problem finding programme marked as "You own this app."


    I have tried to download a programme but when I select add the "system" reports

    " You own this app."

    and I am unable to go any further with the download.


    I am also UNABLE to LOCATE the said programme / app on my system.


    Suggestions as to what to do now appreciated.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    "none finding" of Windows 10 programmes.

    Trying to update Windows 10, to version 1803.

    Update reaches 49 %, then advises me that Avira AntiVir can't be uninstalled, and I have to do this myself.

    I have tried " add/remove programmes from the control panel - not listed

    Settings and troubleshooting - no programme listed.

    Regedit and into local programmes - not listed

    I have tried the Deep search programmes from "Revo unistall" - can't find it.

    I have tried the deep search from "10bit uninstaller" - can't find it.

    HELP.

    What do I do next to enable me to run my Windows update, please??
