PrtScn and Snipping Tool pictures too big

Submitted through the feedback hub but I really need an answer to fix this.

PrtScn was working fine until yesterday, now for some reason anytime I take a screenshot the image is twice as large as it needs to be. The part I want is on the left half, the right half always shows my desktop wallpaper.

What happened? Only thing I can think of is it might have been when I changed a UEFI Setting to get my Intel HD Graphics driver installed and usable along with the nVidia one.

  2. snipping tool

Your post is unclear. Please post a step-by-step description of what you are doing, e.g. like so:

    • Open the snipping tool
    • Click "New"
    • etc.

  3. Snipping Tool/Screenshots blurry

Using the snipping tool to create a picture file I can put in a document, and in the Snipping Tool application itself the image looks fine, but once I copy or save it, the image is blurry. Tried just a regular PrtScn shot and the same thing happened. Any
thoughts as to how to fix this?

Windows Snipping Tool shortcut not working

The Win + Shift + S snipping tool shortcut opens up the widget but does not save the snip or open the editor, however the snipping app itself works correctly when opened up. The registry correctly points to user pictures folder; I took these images
    and description of the problem
using Win + PrtScn which works just fine. Suggestions would be appreciated as I'd rather not run extra 3rd party software to do something windows is supposed to do natively. Thanks!
