Windows 10: Reset left me stuck at MOBO loading screen.

Just reset my hard drive and SSD using the windows reset feature in my setting however I have been stuck at the motherboard loading screen for 3 and a half hours. Is this normal as in its just deleting the files or is this not supposed to happen? Thanks!

Black screen no cursor after reset

Since I posted I have formated my boot drive and tried loading windows from a bootable USB. I have tested the ssd with ssdlife pro (and theee didn't seem to be anything wrong)but I will try what you suggested. I was able to install windows successfully twice but each time I was stuck in an infinite restart loop with it eventually crashing to the "windows failed to Start properly" screen. Attempts to install Windows after that have left me stuck on the windows logo with the loading symbol. I have left it like this over 5 hours. I have also tried resetting the bios settings and removing my gpu and running my monitor off my mobo.

 

Stuck in loading or black screen


I tried to change my pagefile on my computer, then restarted it. After restarting it, when I try to log in it gets stuck in the loading screen. I decided to try the reset option clearing all data from it, but this ends in a black screen/no input to my screen. Anyone have advice on how to solve this issue?
