Windows 10: Window error:The system cannot find message text for message number 0x2350 in the message...

I am using window 10, whenever I start my laptop it shows 6 messages as

Error Message/ Blue Screen of death .....

I am running an AMD system, with an Asus K8N4-E Deluxe(754) Mobo ocasionally when Iam gaming or downloading Music, I get this bizzaire error message DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. what does this error message mean? Is this Error message caused by my hard-drive or Motherboard? Please help!

 

Dual error message not fixed

i only get one message. i enabled log to file, created folder for it, then to test the error message, i deleted the folder, to prompt the error message, of which i got one. Ver 1.20.0

A minidump error message comes up every time I try to run the game Sins of a Solar Empire[\b] and I dont know whats causing it.

It has the following minimum requirements:
windows XP/Vista
1.8 Ghz single core
512 MB RAM(1 GB for VIsta)
128 MB video card(GeForce 6600/Radeon 9600 or better)
DirectX 9.0c
Broadband internet for internet multiplayer

The computer has:
2 Ghz
2 GB RAM
256-512 MB Nvidia GeForce go 7600

The error message's title has:
MiniDump
The Text is:

It runs perfectly on other systems so it cant be a problem with the game.
