Random BSoD and intermittent freezing. No luck with diagnostic tests.

For a few months now, I've been getting blue-screen crashes at seemingly random times, and every now and then my screen freezes up for a few seconds.

The error code on the BSoD has varied, but the most recent one was CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION. When the computer booted back up after the latest BSoD, I got the error message pictured below, which hasn't happened before.

I've run memtest86, Windows Memory Diagnostic, /sfc and /chkdsk but haven't found the source of the problem in any of those.

The computer is a pretty standard Dell Inspiron 5675, less than two years old and not overclocked or anything. The only thing I've done to it is add an extra RAM card and SDD, but the errors were already happening before that.

I've uploaded the minidump file, event logs and system information after the most recent BSoD here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fgfpcmEVtydNMUNsx6L-ruUOC4ixD5du/view?usp=sharing

Random freezes and BSOD crashes with code MEMORY MANAGEMENT

Ok, I managed to get it working.
It performed 9 tests on the sole 8 GB RAM slot I have. 9 passes, no errors. So RAM is not faulty after all..

So, what is the next step in investigating the BSODs and random freezes?

    Windows 10 random freeze

    Hi,

Did you make any changes recently to the computer which may have led to random freeze?

Random hangs are often due to damage to the Windows configuration, faulty hardware, or malware. However, because this behavior is random, it can be especially difficult to identify the proper cause.

Random hangs can also be caused by other faulty hardware. Consult with your PC manufacturer to run available hardware diagnostics. This could include:

    • PC diagnostics that test the integrity of the core PC devices, such as the processor fans and cooling system
    • Video and display diagnostics
    • Additional hard drive diagnostics

I would request you to perform SFC scan(if you have not tried it) and then check if it helps.

System File Checker is a utility in Windows that allows users to
scan for corruptions in Windows system files
    and restore corrupted files.

To know about SFC and to perform a SFC Scan, please refer to the below link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

Note: Steps mentioned for Windows 8/8.1, will work fine with Windows 10.

Please revert if you still face the random hang.

    Thank you.

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
