Windows 10: Network settings being overridden

I have Windows 10 Home Vers1909 Build 18363.657

I am trying to access my home network and not suceeding.

I have tried all of the suggested tips and tricks to no avail, but one thing really puzzles me.

If I open Network & Sharing centre and go to Advanced sharing options under Guest or Public if I turn on network discovery and file and printer sharing and click save changes it will not have any effect.

If I go back into guest or public settings they are turned off!

Can anyone explain what is overiding my setting?

In the mean time, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter to diagnose and fix network problems. Refer to the steps below:

• Click on Start.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Network & Internet.
• Under Change your network settings, click on Network troubleshooter.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
