Windows 10: top border in ms edge

as mentioned above,

the border thickness is insane on top of the edge webbrowser. also the adressbar is very high.
and the bookmarkbar too.

is there any way to make this smaller in the hight ?

Top Border edges of Web Pages in Microsoft Edge or in the Mail App missing Windows 10.

I tried what you suggested and I can't find an "option" when I press the F11 key. This is problem is mainly on the Windows Mail App. The border edges are there but when I open that page the top and bottom border edges just wont open all the way to touch
the PC screen, leaving a 1/2" gap, therefore I have to manually drag the top and bottom borders of that page with my cursor arrow to set the borders to the position that I want it. In the "weather" app page, it opens a little bit better where as the top border/edge
opens touching the top of the PC screen, butt he bottom still doesn't. On the Windows Mail app page I have to drag the top and bottom border/edges manually always. I know in Windows 7 if you press the "Ctrl" key and hold down the left mouse button and drag
the corners of a page to where you want it and close that page immediately and then open it back up immediately, that page will open the same way as you closed it. But, when I try this on Windows 10 it doesn't work.

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region

We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
