Windows 10: Background picture on home screen fades to white within a few seconds

Discus and support Background picture on home screen fades to white within a few seconds in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Just updated my Windows 10 with the help of Microsoft.     Background picture on home screen fades to white within a few seconds


    Just updated my Windows 10 with the help of Microsoft.

    Now my home page background picture fades to white as soon as I shut down browser.

    Cannot fix it with settings/color/theme or any of the suggestions I have found.

    Help!

    Windows 10 lock screen picture fades out then shows another picture

    When I bought my computer, the manufacturer set their LOGO picture as my lock screen picture. So I changed that to a picture of my Grandkids. But many times when I start up the computer, Windows 10 initially shows the picture of my Grandkids but then the picture fades out...and as it fades out....I can see the manufacturer's logo picture for about 1-2 seconds.

    Does anyone know why this is happening?


    I have Windows 10 Pro Version 1909

    Hi,

    To get better clarity on the issue please do let us know if you are referring to Lock Screen background pictures.

    If yes, I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Press Windows + I key on the keyboard.
    • Go to Personalization.
    • Click on Lock screen and chose the desired picture.

    Solid White as a Background

    hey,

    As I can see, no white background appears in the list of Solid colors.

    You may google White picture, save it to the desktop and set it as desktop background.
