  1. what is a " x?pushCert=false"

Hey folks! : I hope someone is able to help me with something i keep finding in my cookie files. I open my cookie files to delete cookies in there time to time and for almost a year now i keep finding a cookie that keeps reappearing that reads x?pushCert=false

I found self deleting it many times to remove it from my cookies throughout the day to then deleting it many times a day daily for almost a year now. I tried googling the cookie code on google, no information provided so then i went to youtube and asked computer tech stuff in the comment section and even they all are stumped on knowing what the x?pushCert=false is. I called my ISP and they said they are not sure what it is either and could be a windows or microsoft issue. I was sure to take a screen shot of this strange cookie and saved it for future use. This would not be so alarming but since i have experienced cyber stalkers and cyber attackers for years now, i cannot help but wonder if this cookie is spyware or malware or a tracking or hacking attempt. I was sure to disable my cam and mic from my device manager and put tape over my cam lens for just in case.

I thought it could be attackers from either paltalk.com or christianchat.com but long after I left both sites and deleted from my laptop, that strange x?pushCert=false keeps appearing even upon rebooting my laptop after a proper shutdown. Is that cookie telling me it is blocking false updates that are intruders or is it intruders attempting to breech my laptop and browsers? Or is it something entirely different that i haven't thought of. How can i resolve this problem? Thanks!

    :)
