    Windows Update & Snip +Scratch


    On 2/27/2020, Windows 10 was running slow. The next day, I found all my installed programs gone from the Start menu. Installed programs still exist in Programs and Features but don't really work. It's going a long time to uninstall and reinstall 30 programs. Tax season is not the time to try to fix a buggy Windows 10 and reinstall programs. I was going to upgrade 2 computers to Win10 but this won't happen now.


    Snipping tool is gone and replaced with Snip and Sketchy. I don't need a bloated snip App which is in reality a cut down version of 3D Paint. It's really aggravating in the middle of a major rewrite of a PowerPoint presentation to learn a 3 finger salute with multiple clicks 'enhanced version' of snipping tool.


    Why is Microsoft rolling out automatic updates that cause problems?

    All it is is one extra step beyond what is native to windows 10. Yes, technically it would be easier to have the functionality of print built in to the Windows 7 version, but you just have to save it ,and right click on it ,and print.

    As far as getting the windows 10 version into windows7. I know there was a way to get the old winpaint, so maybe there's a way to get the snipping tool into 10, I don't know.

    im curious if i could compress, and upload the application to this post? 7zip doesnt seem to be allowed
