I am Just Wondering - Why , I can Download The MS-Removal Tool. But , I Cannot Get it to Open and Run ?


I Haven't Been able to Use the Tool , Since November of Last Year.


Is There a Specific Patch , or an Update that I Need to Download and Install, in Order for it to Run , this Year ? I am Using Windows 7- Home Premium x64
