  1. Some performance issues after update

After I updated my windows from 1903 to 1909 i got some sudden freezes in my games. For example good old CS:GO runs smooth on 300 fps. But suddenly freezes and fps drops to 70-100 and then goes back to normal. It can happen any time, totally random. There is no exact time intervals. And it happens in any games not only CS. I also tried PUBG, WoW: BfA, WoW: Classic, SWJ: Fallen Order, GTA V, Destiny 2 and many others. If game goes 300 fps (like CS) after freeze fps drops to 70-100. But If game goes 120-140fps then fps after drop is around 30-40.

    Here is my setup:
    Intel Core i7 6700K (stock)

    MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X

    16Gb HyperX DDR4 Ram

    GeForce GTX 1070

    Windows 10 Pro 1909 build 18363.693

    Current nVidia driver 442.50

Games are installed on 1Tb Apacer Panther AS350 SSD

    What I tried so far:

    - Disabled Game DVR (it always disabled)

    - Reinstalled Windows

    - Reinstalled drivers and tried older versions of nvidia driver

    - Checked my PC parts (like tried to install games to other ssd and check my RAM)

    - Checked my CPU and GPU temperatures (perfectly fine)

So I'm looking for any clues or advice what else I can do to fix this. Thank you in advance and have a nice daySome performance issues after update :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
