I have hp probook 4430s
i have win 10 pro

The bluetooth device driver is not working

"Qualcomm Atheros AR3011 Bluetooth 3.0 Adapter.

on windows 10 version 1909 (2) the fingerprint access does not work anymore... any help pls ?

Edit: This is a dongle with old BT version I see now, but I'm sure you can find a Asus BT4.0 version.

@aasim1111 I have this one, it doesn't show that it supports A2DP in the specs but I think it'll work, otherwise send a mail to Asus and ask.

As you are facing issue with Hardware, I suggest you to follow the methods provided below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” in the top left corner.
