Windows 10: Issues with the Netflix application [ error code - DL1-W80072EFD ]

Hi there,

I have been trying to use the Netflix app provided by the Windows Software for quite a long time on my laptop . But its not opening either on chrome or any other search engines as well as in the Netflix application itself . Help me sort out this issue soon pls by providing an efficient solution . Have tried updating , restarting , terminating and uninstalling the application many times . But of no use .It continuously shows the error code DL1-W80072EFD .

Please do help out ASAP !!!

I suggest that you reset your Netflix application by following the steps provided below:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Advanced options.
  
• Click Reset.

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the device. To uninstall, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Uninstall.

Netflix not working on Microsoft Edge error code “W8156-88890001”

Netflix not working on Microsoft Edge error code “W8156-88890001”

The same error is happening in my computer.

I have Windows 10 latest updates.

Netflix works in other browsers (like chrome, firefox)

Microsoft Edge is not the default browser in my computer, and this should have any impact on its functionality, correct? I would like to use Edge instead of Chrome, but it is still having several issues like this one. Is there any suggestion, update, or
settings to make Netflix work?
