Windows 10: Adjust Zoom on built in camera using Win 10

I am running Windows 10 on a Mac Desktop I purchased 1.5 years ago. Windows 10 runs fantastic. But when I am on Skype or Zoom my picture is far-away about 1/2 the size it should be. Makes me look like I'm sitting across the room. Any suggestions?

Camera zoomed in

I am using a built in camera on a laptop running windows 10, the camera is zoomed in in all apps such as skype and I can't figure out how to zoom it out. Can someone please help me.

My built in camera doens't be recognized by windows 10 camera app
