    Trying to get a refund on a game with a starter kit.


    I purchased Minecraft windows 10 edition with the started pack, but it won't let me download it. I looked up online on how to and I found that I needed to update my computer, but when it starts restarting, it won't post for like an hour straight and then turn on. I kept searching and found that windows 10 edition has fewer things like mobs, items and more, so I changed my mind and I'm trying to get a refund and buy the java version of it but the "Request a refund" option won't show up on my order history. Thanks

    Hi, I just bought Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection from the microsoft store. After trying to install it I noticed I already had the base game downloaded? Is there any way to refund it? I already tried looking at the order history page on my
    microsoft account but I didnt see an option to refund it.

    click on request a refund and login with the account that purchased the game. It should pop up in the suggestions for refunds available purchases
