Windows 10: CNN video won't load

Discus and support CNN video won't load in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; After this last Windows 10 update, videos won't load on CNN.     CNN video won't load


    After this last Windows 10 update, videos won't load on CNN. I usually don't care for video if there is text. However, I really, really need to see cute puppies running around the Georgia aquarium.


    It would be helpful to dumb down the changes updates make for those of us who aren't computer savvy. It took me 30 minutes to get Bluetooth speaker connected to my lap top. And, I have no idea how that happened.

    Movie / video load or playback

    Hi Lional,

    Conflicts with the compatibility view settings is one of the possible reasons why you're having issues with loading or playing back movies or videos. To help you in resolving this, I would suggest that you check this link about:

    CNN video won't load

    CNN official site videos won't play

    Hi

    There is no error message, but the videos don't load,

    only I'm experiencing this, it's a new laptop an HP Pavilion x360,

    All the CNN official site videos work on Firefox, but the videos are not clear, NBC official site videos won't load on all three search engines. (Microsoft edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox) Youtube works well.

    Do you think perhaps it’s a problem with my laptop?
