lack of support for IE11 by website developers?

I want to use IE11 for its transportable desktop shortcuts. I find myself frequently having to set up on new machines,

with the old disk drive still being mainly usable. OK user data areas

Occasionally I have to revert to out-of-date data on old spare drives I have left over.

Usually it is no great loss, as the data is Hobby Level Status, and not critical for any reason.

I don't have cloud or external drive backups, and am not sure on what software to use to give me

    a copyable data image.

I prefer desktop shortcuts as they can be treated as another desktop datatype, and I tend to have hundreds.

    Bookmarks are inadequate.

IE11 shortcuts are transportable by copying. Chrome ones aren't.

I like the drop and drag features of Chrome, to get desktop files onto websites.

I don't really notice any major speed problems.

A problem with using IE11 is that many websites keep telling me to update or change my browser, and some do not support IE11, or give display problems and lockups.

Is there a compromise setup that will allow me to use and save simple desktop internet shortcuts?

    :)

  2. B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

ATI Catalyst 9.4 to Lack Support for Many Older Cards

I'm sure it just means that there's too little to be gained by updating the drivers for these cards anymore. With the world economy in shambles AMD is probably looking at every possible way to not go under at this point. If that means stepping on the toes of folks that haven't purchased their most recent flagship products, well...
