Windows 10: Error 0xc000012f ReserveManager.dll

Yesterday i was doing everything just fine, running csgo with 100+ fps, but today when i woke up, my computer felt slow, taking 10 seconds to boot up chrome, and it was running csgo with <10 fps. I ran antivirus, and restarted my computer a couple times, but no luck. Since i couldnt fix it, i decided to cut my losses and just completely reset my computer, but when i tried this error message popped up:

Try installing the program again using original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error Status 0xc000012f.


I just want to be able to use my computer again, please help. I dont remember installing this, and have never heard of it before.

Bad Image MSVCP120.dll and MSVCP140.dll with ERROR 0xc000012f

Bad Image MSVCP120.dll and MSVCP140.dll with ERROR 0xc000012f with several .exe files - acrobat, HRBlock, icloudservices, etc. This is a Windows 7 machine that was updated to Windows 10.

Windows 10 upgrade and error status 0xc000012f for iCloudDrive.exe, iCloudPhotos.exe and reader_sl.exe for MSVCP120.dll and MSVCR120.dll. How do I fix?
