Windows 10: Help please. Sihost error makes it impossible to fix anything.

Idk how this happened. But everytime i launch my pc i get an error of sihost.exe hardware error. The login screen looks fine but when i login the taskbar is completely unresponsive. Desktop is black and none of my icons appear on the desktop of taskbar. The internet icon on the taskbar isnt visible either. I cant go into settings but i can use control panel. I can still use ctrl+alt+del to use task manager. Ive used it to run cmd and do the sfc scan and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth command. The sfc scan says that windows found corrupted files but was unable to fix while the dism scan just sits at 100% and doesnt do anything. I didnt even update the windows or anything this just happened out of nowhere
