Windows 10: Da Wireless Mouse 4000 don't woik I'm originaly fro Brooklyn, NY

Tried 2 ways to get MS Wireless Note book Mouse 4000 to work, Ctl+R & left click direct on Mouse image in Devices. Properties show mouse working correctly, but program shows no data. should I reload software?

I use all the year my mouse and it Works good but today I go to do a thing and when I returned to my computer the mouse don´t Works good.
