Windows 10: 3 out of the last 4 sets of 24 hours wasted trying to get my Phone apps in sync between the...

I have an HP Windows 10 15-da0073ms with Windows 10 Preinstalled. I a long time ago installed the Your Phone Companion from the Google Play Store & on my PC the Your Phone app from the Microsoft Windows Store. Both downloaded & installed around 1 Year ago from today 03.29/20.

Also, Yes, I have been awake for the last 4 days straight, 96 hours, which of at least 80 hours of it I invested in this problem. I'm crazy, huh? They for that year worked perfectly together! Then out of nowhere, I needed a System Recovery with Windows 10. Myself & a professional did it together with a Flash drive, I guess what the company calls a Media Stick. 1.5 weeks later, I'm still trying to fine-tune the way my Laptop works & looks. I.E. Settings > Taskbar a lot, Settings > Personalization > Colors, etcetera. All those other things. Some of which won't change or adjust or do what that particular section is supposed to do, easily anyways! So, it starting to get under my nerves that the phone apps would only work intermittently. I've been sick for the first couple of weeks since the Laptop came back from being fixed in Texas from here in Massachusetts, mostly on as far as being sick on & off. Then when I started to feel a bit better the agent who was working with me over the telephone & remotely became sick last week himself. I sent the Laptop back under my "Care Pack Plan" I have with HP for 2 reasons. #1: Back in June of 2019 I sent it back to Texas to get the right shift key that was sticking Really Badly & less than a week later HP sent it back to me supposedly Fixed & extensively tested! Yeah right. It was Still broken! I didn't want to "Rent" a computer doe another week though because #1: I really need it & #2: It's basically my TV also with my Streaming Movies & TV shows I use 10 hours a day! Then I needed the Windows 10 Recovery so I figured I'd send it back to HP & get it fixed the Windows 10 Recovery & finally get that damn stuck shift key so I could type my usual way! Of course, when I received it back Again, the Shift Key was fixed but the Windows 10 never got replaced via a System Recovery they just sent it back with Windows all screwed up still. So, with the help of the Consumer Relations department, we did the Recover of Windows 10. While I'm making a list for the tech agent the things I didn't like that started to add up he became sick. However, I could NEVER get those Phone apps to sync & work right together since the damn System Recovery & have no idea when the agent will be back at work. I wasn't going to mention this but 8it's don4r tomorrow but I also pay $14.99 a month to get HP SmartFriend a sort of 24/7 pre & post-warranty Question & fix remotely only no parts but lately the SmartFriends agents have been really lousy, & off lately.

Therefore if any kind person out there has any idea how I can get these Phone apps back in working order I would really appreciate it!

Sync email from desktop to your smartphone?

I was hoping that finally I can sync my Windows phone with Outlook on the desktop, but it isn't likely.

It seems that this app is pretty much useless on my Windows phone for the purpose of syncing all my emails (6 email accounts) from Outlook on my desktop to my phone. On the other hand, this app will do just that for the Android and iOS platform. *Sad
