Windows 10: Paint 3D Turn 3D object back into 2D

Discus and support Paint 3D Turn 3D object back into 2D in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Hello, I have a part of my Paint 3D drawing that has turned into a 3D object for some reason.     Paint 3D Turn 3D object back into 2D


    Hello,


    I have a part of my Paint 3D drawing that has turned into a 3D object for some reason. This must have happened a while ago as I can't undo it. I have tried to move it back into the picture, but I can't completely place it back on the 2D plane and it doesn't line up correctly back in the image. Is there a way I can turn it back into a 2D object? Or at least a way I can place it exactly on the plane so I don't have to spend hours redrawing.

    Paint 3D - 2D button does not appear

    There is no button to change from 3D to 2D unfortunately, there is the possibility of Turn to 2D Drawing Into 3D Art in Paint 3D here explains how to do it.

    Transparency for 3D objects in Paint 3D

    I came across a question asking about the opacity of 3D objects. While currently you are unable to manipulate the opacity of 3D objects, you CAN get around this issue by creating a 2D object with your desired opacity level and color, then clicking "Make
    3D" on the right-hand panel. While you can't create complicated 3D models using this trick, it is useful for creating windows and glass panes in architectural designs. You can also use the flat objects to create translucent cuboids, 3D stars, cylinders, etc.

    Paint 3D Turn 3D object back into 2D

    Paint 3D Text

    Step 1: click the Text tab in Paint 3D

    Step 2: On the right pane that appears, under 2d text, click the 3 text 'T' symbol

    Step 3: click on the canvas then type your text

    Step 4: click outside of the text box

    Step 5: use the anchors to adjust the depth and angles

    Step 6: to see your 3D text better, click the object then click Edit color, choose a different color.
