    Hi,


    I have on my private computer an old company windows account. I do not have the password anymore as I left the company. I cannot delete this account without logging in.

    I was looking into this but; https://www.tenforums.com/user-accounts-family-safety/43718-i-cant-remove-my-microsoft-account-help-me.html because I do not have the password and I have no way to retrieve the password I cannot remove the account however I get constantly reminders that my Account settings are not correct etc.


    How do i solve this?

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    Sign in to account.live.com. If your device is listed like in screenshot 1, click 'See all'. On the next screen, if you've activated 'Locate device' you'll see it's location if it was signed in. The Remove laptop' option is highlighted. Good Luck.

    It is possible that you need to configure your keyboard layout that is why you still see it in the list even you already remove it. To address your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps on this

    thread     shared by DikkeryDok last October 27, 2017 to on how to remove additional language.
