Windows 10: personal filing: digital linked with paper

I want to store info., e.g. travel, hotels, contacts, articles, books to read, medical articles, plus the normal personal and financial files. What is best app for this? Hopefully free or low cost. Simple and efficient. I am not a computer geek! Thanks.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps you to
change size of background wall paper.

a) Right click on the desktop screen.

b) Select personalize and click on Desktop Background at the bottom of the screen.

c) Select the image and change the picture position to Centre from the drop down list.

1. What is the edition and version of Windows you have installed?
   
2. Have you installed paper port application?
   
   
   

Paper port is now compatible with Windows 10, but not all versions will run smoothly on Microsoft’s OS. If you are running Paper port 14.0 or even an older version, you need to upgrade the tool. Keep in mind that only version Paper
port 14.5 works well within Windows 10.
