Windows 10: MyPublicWiFi/Connectify not able to create hotspot

I was using MyPublicWiFi to share my internet connection Ethernet with static IP few months back at my workplace. For few months I had to work from an offsite location, so i used mobile hotspot for internet. Now that I returned, MyPublicWiFi has start hotspot button disabled. I installed Connetify and it starts hotspot but displaysa message " Hotspot has been created but internet connection sharing not working". I looked for every possible solution and performed them with no success.

I updated my WiFi drivers

I updated all device drivers

I even checked on rollback drivers and freshly installed older drivers

I used cmd netsh to start a hosted network and share Ethernet

I reset my network adapters

I unistalled and reinstalled network drivers

I clean booted and tried all of the above again

I reset the pc and removed everything

I clean installed windows

The problem still persists

What can possibly be wrong and how to fix it?

PS: I can connect to the connectify hotspot and transfer files but ICS is not working. During those months windows installed updates multiple times. Virtual Hosted network support shows yes in CMD.

Accidently disabled myPublicWifi hotspot in networks and sharing centre

The MyPublicWifi hotspot wasn't working so I went to the networks and sharing centre in windows 10 and disabled that connection, intending to restart it but I am not able to enable it again - does anyone know how i can do this, because the hotspot is now
completely not working?

Thanks for your suggestion, but I used that also. Nothing worked. mHotspot,connectify,myPublicwifi,myWifirouter,Virtual Router, but all went in vein...

I have lumia 535 ant i have some problem in accessing connectify hotspot. My phone shows that it got connected but i can't access the internet.
