    Problem with win explorer and text docs.


    So I'm having a problem with my computers storage becoming unresponsive the drives seem fine as I can still use them as normal but windows explorer refuses to load them properly I have 3 drives a 512g SSD for the OS and a 1tb SSD and a 4tb hard drive, its bazaar as I can still use my computer as normal.

    The other thing is that the localization Aka where it says ENG in the bottom right flashes and any text documents I have open also flash and it only seems to happen after the drives become unresposive, this is fixable with a reboot but its obviously not a fix.

    Sorry if this doesnt belong here.



    Edit: Task Manager also flashes.

    Text Editor on Webpage

    I'm creating a website that requires an advanced text editor, similar to the word processor in Google docs. I'm planning on creating the editor from scratch, but I'm not sure what language to use. I was thinking of using a Java applet, but I'm open to other suggestions. Some of the features that are required are highlighting and drawing (such as Microsoft Paint). Any suggestions would be helpful.

    hi this is with all webpages and word doc,one note excel explorer uc browser. text is not readable ,message or a doc text is completely illegible.
