Windows 10: Windows 10 Automatic Repair Loop +More Problems

To get straight go the point, my Windows 10 is stuck on the Automatic Repair screen and there are problems that are making it even harder to fix. First I have to say, I don't have system protection enabled so System Restore is most likely out. Command Prompt seems to not have "enough memory resources" to process commands and when I want to put a command in, the enter key just maximizes and minimizes the command prompt screen, also relating to that problem, pressing space just opens a little tab with options not relating to the task I'm trying to do. There was a button called "Go back to the previous version" but it didn't work and instead asked me to reset my PC, which also doesn't work. Recovery manager seems to not work too. I've tried my best looking through every youtube video I thought could help, but the videos were only fixing one of the problems of my PC. If there is anybody who could help I would very much appreciate and I'll be sure to make a system restore checkpoint.

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

• On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.
