    LifeCam NX-6000 wont work with Windows 10 Pro


    Just tried to connect my LifeCam NX-6000 to my PC. Initial error states 'Unknown USB Device Configuration Descriptor Request Failed' when I try Microsoft for an updated driver there is nothing specific for my device and from researching the web it looks like this is an issue many people have with no resolution. Has anyone resolved this issue yet.

    Lifecam VX-6000 No Longer Works in Windows 10

    Tried all three suggested troubleshooting steps. Installation still identifies that the program for installing Microsoft Lifecam VX-6000 drivers is incompatible with the version of Windows selected.

    LifeCam NX-6000 wont work with Windows 10 Pro

    MS Lifecam HD-6000 Webcam Install Failure


    After Win 10 upgrade from Win 7 Ultimate, my HD-6000 stopped working. In Device Manager the driver shows OK.
    Uninstalled everything. Downloaded driver and Lifecam application. Driver installs Ok. The software hangs half way thru with message "Unexpected Error...".
    Any suggestions.
