Windows 10: Unable to update driver

Hello

I have a Dell XPS 7390 laptop with a Killer Networking Card that I have been having issues with since I bought the computer. Everytime windows 10 update went through the wifi stops working and shows a Code 10 error in device manager. Sometimes it would get fixed on its own and sometimes I would either roll back the driver or install a new one from the dell website. I have lost wifi connectivity since the last 10 days and have not been able to fix the issue. I have tried deleting existing drivers and installing new ones and each time I get an error that it couldn't update it. I was thinking maybe the original drivers were corrupted and am trying to remove them without any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to Update Intel Graphics Drivers

I'm having a bit of a hard time with this driver update. Currently I'm on 10.18.10.4425 and need to update to 15.33.43.4425 however partway through the process the PC locks up and is unable to continue. I'm using the update tool I downloaded from the website so there shoud be no problems right?

Windows update keeps replacing ALPS Touchpad driver with a Synaptics driver.

I suggest you to uninstall and delete the previous drivers and the latest drivers for the touchpad and install the required version of the driver from Device Manager by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
• Expand the Touch pad driver.
• Right click on the driver and click on update/install.
• Select the required version from the on-screen prompts.

And for the problem with the installation of printer drivers, I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” option on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Update” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Windows update reverted display to MS Basic Display Driver

Hi,

Normally, this issue occurs when the drivers were being corrupted or updated after the recent update. Since you've already tried to install the latest driver, we suggest that you roll back to the previous driver and check if it helps to resolve the issue. To
do this, kindly follow the steps below:

• Open Device Manager.
  
• Double-click the device for which you want to roll back to the previous version of the driver, and then click
  Properties.
  
• Under the Driver tab, select Roll Back Driver.
  
• Select OK.
