Windows 10: Photos and Videos

I have 2 questions about 2 different programs:

1. Does anyone know if there is a way to download more than 1 photo or video at a time from Facebook ???? That would be from either a new recent post, a post that has not been saved and/or from a saved post. I will say that the process is very different whether you are doing this on your PC or an Android phone. Doing this process 1 at a time is going to take forever. I also know that you can copy and paste the text that you want and edit/add it to the picture after you have downloaded it, that is on the Android phone, but like I said doing this 1 at a time is very time consuming.
2. Has anyone had any good luk and or bad luck with Icloud?? I was told, by Apple support, that since I created my Icloud photos and Icloud drive with the pics and stuff on my PC that if and when I delete anything from Icloud that is going to take whatever that may be out of my PC. Therefore I have to put everything on a flash drive before I do anything with them, delete, in Icloud.

I am asking because I am trying to merge the things that I get from of both places successfully ,onto my Windows based PC. I need everything to be neatly in safe place.

• Which Windows version is currently running on your phone?
• Are you getting an error message?
• Were you able to back up your phone before the issue happened?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Windows Photos Export Video Project Problem

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



We understand the difficulties you are facing with the Photos App, while exporting video project. We were able to create and export the video project. So the issue could be with photos app installed in the PC. I would suggest you
to follow the steps mentioned in these methods.



Method 1: Please refer the steps as mentioned in

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store article.



Method 2: You can also try to re-install the app using PowerShell. Here are steps to re-install photos app:

1. Open PowerShell (Admin). Right click on the start button and then on PowerShell (Admin).
   
2. Then type: get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage
   
3. Once the above command is successful. You can install the Photo app from Microsoft Store.

Photos and videos vanish from camera roll

Hi Adrian,



Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

1. Have you tried to access the photos and Videos from the different locations?
   
2. Is this issue occurring only after connecting Surface to the Docking station?
   

Try the below suggested steps to fix the issue.

Step 1

You may also refer the article Troubleshoot Surface Dock and
docking stations for more information.



Step 2

Remove the docking station and Check if you are able to access the photos/Videos. If yes, then it might be an issue with the docking station.

However, you may try updating the display adapters and check the status of the issue.

Refer the article on how to update drivers in Windows 10.
