Windows 10: Bluetooth is Missing

My Bluetooth toggle button is gone. It was there just a few days ago and now it disappeared. I did some troubleshooting and found out that in my device manager it says there is an error code in every single Bluetooth device that was once connected. It specifically read it: "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. Code 45


To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer."


I did some more research and i found out that if i run the windows troubleshooting scan for Bluetooth, it says "Check Bluetooth Capability".


I have no idea what is wrong with my system since i just reset it. Bluetooth was working fine just a couple of days ago. Now there isn't even a Enable/Disable toggle button

• Can we have a screenshot of the interface where your Bluetooth went missing?

• Which version or build of Windows device are you using? To know, press
  Windows + R to open the Run window. Type winver
  and press Enter. A new window will open showing the version and build number of your Windows device.
• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you receive any error messages?

Bluetooth not existing after format of PC.

Hi,

If your Bluetooth hardware is missing after resetting your PC, this can be a result of a corrupted, outdated, or missing driver. As an initial step to get Bluetooth working, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

link. Click the drop-down arrow for the Bluetooth doesn't appear and there are no unknown devices listed in Device Manager section to view the appropriate steps.

Bluetooth in windows 10

My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision
