Windows 10: Slight flicker and color dampen

I have a 2070GEForce I just switched out because of a small flicker about 10-15 seconds after I log on, It dampened the colors by a noticeable amount and washed out a lot of contrast. The new one is doing the same thing...

I have tried everything in video settings, from modifying the contrast manually to letting the VC control the color settings.

I use my rig for gaming photography, mostly to edit pictures so I am having to switch back and forth from my editing software PS and my downloaded saved files in windows photo viewer to see the true colors after edits. For some reason, the color is always correct in the windows photo viewer, nowhere else, no matter what setting I try in graphics. I have also tried my power settings to see if I was doing something wrong there & changing monitors but, nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I hate to think two of the same VC's are bad but IDK what to think at this point.

Windows 10 Screen Flashing/inverting colors

Hi,

Since troubleshooting steps were provided, what I can suggest is for you to try to configure the settings on your monitor's color management. Kindly follow the steps provided below:

• Open Color Management by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type color management, and then click Color
  Management.
• Click the Advanced tab, and click Change system defaults.
• Click the Advanced tab in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box, and do one of the following:
  
  - To prevent Windows from loading display calibrations, clear the Use Windows display calibration check box.
• Click Close in the Color Management - System Defaults dialog box.
• Click Close in the Color Management dialog box.

Slight Flicker between menu's - Nokia E63

hello,



i have a nokia E63 bought it 5 days ago..



now when even ever i press menu on the home screen and then again i press options, a sub menu appears from the left side..



There occurs a slight visible flicker in that sub menu..



i tried other things like opening docs... and pressing options..

still the flickering continued



initially i thought its a transition effect of the theme,

but it continues even after changing the theme.



plz help
