Windows 10: apps nottb launching

yesterday i tried to play some games on the pc , but when I tried to open the game a popup appeared saying ''You'll need a new app to open this .exe file'' below the writing it said ''Look for an app in the store'' and ''Look for and app in you PC'' , I knew it was weird but I didn't really care , so I decided to see if other apps did the same and I tried to open Chrome , the same thing , to open mozilla firefox same , skype same but with Windows pre-installed apps like Microsoft Edge, File explorer it didn't had a problem even task manager didn't work .sometimes its shows a message that application not found

At startup no app will open and I have Discord and skype to open at bootup but they didn't open. I tried reinstalling chrome and I couldn't install any app.

Also a notification saying ''A malware has been detected, windows defender is now removing it'' is popping up ever like 20-30 minutes and if I click on it nothing happened.

what could be the problem and immediate solution please .

Suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search bar and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.

Get Started app wont launch

Their is no error message in opens for like half a second then closes, and the Option Windows Store Apps is not there

I understand how it could be when the applications doesn’t work as they are supposed to. We will look into this. However, please reply to the following questions to help you in a better way:

• Are you getting any error message?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

In the meantime, I suggest you to follow the steps from the article
Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store to fix the issues with the Microsoft apps that are not launching. Also, follow the steps from the article

Microsoft Store doesn't launch to fix the issues you are facing in launching Store.
