Windows 10: cannot get page to load for me to file unemployment claim

Discus and support cannot get page to load for me to file unemployment claim in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Employment claim page will open to log in but will not open just getting error report tried to have fire wall work with site still have same problem...     Page File

    Set minimum and maximum to a constant number as suggested by others, that will help reduce fragmentation on the drive coz of different page file sizing.

    I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
