Windows 10: Blue screen: multiple irp complete requests, attempted switch from dpc

Probably some driver is faulty and I would like to know what and how I can fix it.
Often a problem appears when I play or I talk on a discoD other voice chat.

Multiple IRP Request blue screen

Howdy,

Twice this month (once on 7/2 and again today, 7/24) I experienced a hard crash. The error screen noted "Multiple IRP Requests" as the culprit. Searching has lead me to believe this may be a driver issue?

my pc occasionally crashes with Multiple IRP complete requests blue screen (Pic 1 ). The spec of the HP280 is shown in (Pic 2)

Stopcode: MULTIPLE IRP COMPLETE REQUESTS

I've been getting a few unusual blue screen errors in the last week with a Stopcode: MULTIPLE IRP COMPLETE REQUESTS.

It advises I go to microsoft.com for the fix. But there doesn't appear to show one.

Does anyone have any clues?

I am operating on Windows 10. And my laptop (Sony Vaio VPCEJ) is now much slower.

I've tried to do a System Restore but my laptop now says it can't do this as my PC was updated more than 10 days ago.

I'd be grateful for any advice before I leave it at a computer shop to be checked out.
