Windows 10: unlinked onedrive deleted files from folders

i expanded my onedrive to premium , unlinked it to change hard drive and after that all my data deleted from its folders , i got my desktop clear and documents folder lost its 3 gb of data , there are nothing in current folders or in the cloud , they are empty , how that is possible ? i read the help article about lost files , but it didnt help me.

OneDrive automatically deleting files from OneDrive folder

Unlinking the 2nd PC from onedrive, deleting all the synced folders on the 2nd PC, and signing back in seems to solve all the issues. I no longer see onedrive deleting files automatically. It has been 3 days and things appear to be normal.

 

Unlink my Documents folder from OneDrive

If i am clear with your description, you want to unlink Onedrive from where is synced rigth now and start a syncrhonization in the following path C:\Users\jjcla\Documents is that correct?

Shoot...I was hoping that was going to work but I did what you told me and when I hit delete on a folder and an individual file they immediately went to the recycle bin. I then hit delete on a file on my desktop and I received the confirmation box.
