  1. Settings, Cortana and Notifications CRASHES

Hi guys! I just bought a new Acer Aspire 5 with W10 preinstalled, and in my first day of ownership it's giving me a heap of problems. The "Settings" just crashes. The blue page opens for like 3 sec then closes automatically. Cortana is unusable and the notifications I can't even open them for some reason. I followed some guides online but it seems useless. If you have any idea or advice, I'd be real grateful.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

  3. Cortana link notifications

We'd like to know if you've already downloaded and install Cortana app on your mobile phone. If so, follow the steps below to configure Cortana's settings on your mobile phone properly:

    • Open Cortana on your phone > Hit the 3 line icon on the upper left corner > Select
      Settings.
    • Tap Sync notifications and enable the notifications you'd like to see on your Windows 10 PC.

Note: Make sure to give Cortana permission on your device's settings.

    Let us know the result.
