Windows 10: Win 10 wont recover. Wont reset. Wont repair. HELP

I have a Toshiba Satellite L75-A7380. Came with Win 8 but was upgraded to Win 10 some time ago during free upgrade. I created recovery discs when brand new but NOT after upgrde to Win 10. This is my 2ndary machine so not used often. I keep all files I WANT to keep on my main computer so not worried about losing nething. Have install discs for programs I use as well.


Machine worked FINE for several yrs.


2 weeks ago on boot, sys tried to repair but could not. I tried every option available on troubleshooting options. Got taken back to troubleshooting options. Never could get to safe mode. Have tried several suggestions from THIS site... I have the sites and can list if needed.

Anywy ran Chkdsk c: /r /x - No problems found BUT failed to transfer logged msgs to event log status 50.


Tried SFC /scannow - got verified sys 100% complete. Windows Resource protection could not perform the requested operation.



Tried bootrec /fixboot got Data Error Cyclic redundancy check


Tried to run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image - got DISM does not support servicing windows PE w/ the online option.


Also unenabled Secure boot in BIOS when instructed to do so from above refd site.


Have attched screen shots of results.


PLS forgive me if I have something out of order. Have been trying to doc my efforts as well as possible. I ordered reset discs from Toshiba just in case. What do I do NOW? THANKS for ur help

My windows 10 wont open its setting, wont reset, wont restore, and won't continue system restore please help, addition into this I can't install any anti-malware software because my win defender won't close even in cmd and local services

 

Computer wont boot or reset or run system repair

My computer wont load into normal windows 10 and wont reset or run system repair. I can only boot into safe mode but i cant create a recovery drive in safe mode. I did a system restore but it did nothing. System image recovery dosent seem to work either.
I thought it was a driver issue but it wont show drivers at all. Any help. Thanks

also wont let me run windows 10 repair or clean install both from USB
