Windows 10: Win 10 isnt saving my login data for Netflix App

As title says win 10 isnt saving my login data in the Netflix App from the microsoft store and every time i close netflix i have to enter mail and password again. I think it has to do with the fact, that i made a reset of the OS and after that my username was somehow spelled wrong and i edited it afterwards. Maybe there are no authorizations the the renamed user or some files are still owned by a the old username (read only problem i guess) so the current user cant write the file where login data is saved.



Does somebody know where the login data for Netflix App is saved and how i can edit it or did someone had the same problem?



What i already tried:

reinstall Netflix App

tried to authorize the current user to have full access to \WindowsApps folder (but i think i did something wrong there)

I suggest that you reset your Netflix application by following the steps provided below:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Advanced options.
  
• Click Reset.

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the device. To uninstall, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Uninstall.

Netflix and Windows 10 .

There's a possibility that the firewall or antivirus software on your computer is blocking the access to Netflix, we suggest disabling it first before connecting to Netflix. Follow these steps:

• Close the Netflix app.
• Turn off the firewall and antivirus software on your computer.
• Now, launch the Netflix app.
• Once it's connected to Netflix, turn back on the firewall and antivirus software on your computer.
• You should be able to access Netflix now.

Method 2:

Uninstall the App, restart the system and then try re-installing the App from Store.

Follow these steps.

a) Right click on the Netflix, click on
Uninstall.

b) Click on store.

c) Search for Netflix App.

d) Click on Install.
