Windows 10: Outlook Yahoo Bellsouth.net setup

I had Outlook 365 working fine on Windows 10 for a long time. Since I added Outlook to my mobile phone, my Outlook desktop no longer works. I did change my password. I have reinstalled Office 365 suite, reconfigured the server settings several with the password but my old ISP email does not work. Incidentally, Outlook mobile works on my phone. Next, I configured Gmail on my desktop Outlook, and that works. However, neither my yahoo.com email nor my personal ISP bellsouth.net email works on my PC. I receive the Error codes "0X800CCC92 and 0X800CCC90 Email server rejected login". The server config I use is

IMAP

Inbound Server: imap.mail.yahoo.com Port: 993 SSL: Yes

Outbound Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com Port: 465 SSL: Yes


I don't remember my old password, however the new password works on my mobile device for both domains. I have been struggling with this for days now. I need help please?

Regarding the issue that you had with making email replies on your Yahoo, have you tried performing a uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

We suggest that you follow these steps:

• Uninstall the Yahoo Mail app.
• Perform a soft reset by Pressing the Power and Volume down button simultaneously for 15 seconds.
• Once the phone vibrates, release your hold and wait for the phone to finish rebooting.
• Reinstall Yahoo Mail from the store.

Let us know if the issue persists after following the steps above.

 

help with bellsouth email setup

I have tried to sync my bellsouth email in windows 10 now for about a week. At one point I did receive but could not send. I tried to fix so I could send and now It will not sync at all. I have a few questions I hope someone can
help answer. MY inbound server has att.net:995 outgoing has att.net 25. Does that sound right?? Also I have created the Microsoft account with by bellsouth account, but I used another password for my Microsoft account than what I have for my email. Would
that create a problem. I have tried to chat with att to no avail , Microsoft support have asked some questions, but I could not really answer them. I would like to ask a few questions again. When I am filling in the info on the setup for the bellsouth account
in the windows mail app can the email address (mc.......bellsouth.net) and the User name be the same? Do you think the discrepancy in the bellsouth password and the Microsoft password would have anything to do with the syncing issue.

As it seems that you are using the Microsoft Mail app and the issue is with the Bellsouth emails, please try to run the app troubleshooter for the mail app and check if it syncs

Also, now, if you are facing issues to set up the Bellsouth account in mail app in the Microsoft Account that you have created using the Bellsouth email, please redirect the query to them as they are capable to assist you further in this regard.
