  1. Some keys on my keyboard are typing multiple letters

    *sorry for my bad english

So whenever I click the 's' key, my s and down arrow button are pressing at the same time. When I press 'delete', my 'delete' and right arrow key are pressing at the same time. This really frustrated me when I search on google. I can't find any right solutions on google. Could you please help me?

Note: - my numlock is already off, whenever I enable the numlock, my 's' and '2' are pressing at the same time also

    - I have tried reinstalling my keyboard driver, still doesn't work

    :)

  3. Keyboard not typing letters

    Hi Bob,

Sorry for the delay in replying. I would suggest you to try the Onscreen keyboard and check if it helps.

Please have a look at this article and check if it helps. Even though the article is for Windows 8.1, the option to enable the onscreen keyboard is the same.

Use the On-Screen Keyboard (OSK) to type

After you are able to log in, I would suggest you to change the log in option or you may follow the steps provided by Neha Gupta to update the drivers and check if it helps.

    Thank you.

    Method 2: Change keyboard settings.

    Go to Settings->Ease of Access->Keyboard.

Under Use Filter keys, toggle ignore brief or repeated keystrokes and change keyboard repeat rates to
    On position.

    Method 3: Uninstall/Reinstall keyboard drivers.

    • Press Windows key and the R key together and choose
      Device Manager.
    • In case of PS2 keyboard, expand Keyboard, right click on
Standard PS/2 keyboard and select Uninstall.
    • In case of USB keyboard, expand keyboard, right click on
