  1. Windows 10 laptop video issue.

I have an Acer E1-532-4832 Laptop running W10. It was giving me video problems, in that the screen would change on its own by randomly moving to a different page, alter screen size and scroll randomly. I ran every virus program I could think of and finally ended up performing a Clean Install of Windows 10 a week ago. I still have the same problem as before. I have turned off the touchpad, disconnected the mouse but with no success. Today I went into device manager and checked the intel video card data and the event log gave me the following information:

"Driver Management concluded the process to install driver d644248.inf_amd64_f0ae1bed86db9363 for Device Instance ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0A06&SUBSYS_07751025&REV_0B\3&11583659&0&10 with the following status: 0x0."

I am not sure if this has any bearing on my problem. I would appreciate any feedback and any suggestions on what to do to resolve my video issue.

    Pat

    :)
