    hello all!!!


    I just received a computer from my boss for work, and I have been going through the settings to customize myself with the way I want it set up. I have noticed online on all the forums that I have looked at, the options to TURN ON/OFF this feature are not under my settings/typing/ category. could someone be able to help me with this? I have been on chats, I have been on 4 hour phone calls. I do a lot of typing for work and It would just be easier for me, but I can't find this option!!!


    I have an Alienware laptop. it says it updated after needing to knock everything out windows 10 1903 which chat member told me was what I needed for this option--no help


    when looking online everything says go under your typing settings, and there should be an on off button for this specifically under TOUCH KEYPAD however my typing settings doesn't even have an option for touch keypad. maybe this computer doesn't have it? if not is there a way to turn that on a different way, maybe a hidden setting~!


    any help would be appreciated!!!!

    The capitalized letter I type at the beginning of a sentence is being deposited at the end of the sentence.

    The capitalized letter I type at the beginning of a sentence is being deposited at the end of the sentence. This has continued to happen after reinstalling Windows 1o and doing all the updates. Any solutions?

    We would like to assist you on how to turn off capitalization in text and email on your Windows 10 device. Please answer the following questions for us to provide accurate steps:

    • Which device are you using? Is it Windows phone or laptop? If you're using a Windows phone, we'd like to know the phone model.
    • When you say "turn off capitalization in text and email", does all the letters you tried to type in is capitalized or only the first letter of a sentence is capitalized?
    • When did the issue start?

    If you're using Windows 10 Mobile and would like to turn off/disable capitalize the first letter of a sentence, you can disable it by going to
    Settings > Time and language > Keyboard
    > Tap the keyboard you want to configure (example: English (United States)). Then, uncheck it.
