    Not able to program the arc

    Stats: windows 10 pro 64 bit uefi,
    linkbox 9000i, vboxii
    dish is sitting at 125 degrees and
    the picture is quite good on galaxy14

    I am having problems setting the vboxii to
    my selected position #51. Most likely it is
    something that I am doing wrong or the vboxii
    is failing. Bought the Vbox in 2017. I have
    reset the entire vbox to the factory settings
    (I think). I'm trying to follow the instructions
    on P7 of the Motech manual. When I hit #51 and
    store, what I see on the vbox is a flashing C.
    Then it shows 000 or 999. It does not do C00-C99.
    Before I got sick in December the dish seemed
    to be working ok. I will gladly supply any help
    that I can if I can follow your requests.

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Online Game Platforms ARC & Steam Not Able to Run After Windows Update

    Both Arc and Steam are on the allow program list in my firewall program. I even temporarily turned off my firewall and tried to boot Arc and it still wouldn't connect.
