Windows 10: Error code 0xC004F012 and 0xc0000022 in activating windows

I am having a problem with reactivating my PC after a recent reset and reinstallation of windows. When I bought this PC it was already activated, meaning it was already pre-activated. This isn't the first time I made a reset in this PC before, the first time I made a reset it didn't give me the activation error, so it was perfectly fine after the reset, but since it was slowing down again I didn't mind another reset. But this time there is an activation error, I have been doing so much research and online tech support, but ended up empty handed. I stumbled into another question who had the exact same problem as I am having right now, the Error code 0xC004F012 and 0xc0000022 in activating windows. They ended up not finishing fixing windows and just gave up. I tried using the exact methods that support had given her but ended up the same, so I tried resetting my PC countless times to the point of it turning back into a calculator." just a hyperbole". And then I notice that I made a change in my security info since my number was changed, and then whenever I sign in it keeps prompting me with a message" We know you have been waiting" and said that my security info will update at April 20, 2020. Maybe this message has something to do with my activation errors because nothing seems to be working so far. I just need to find closure in this situation, so please answer this message if you know anything. Is my Microsoft account or security info? connected or related with my digital license?

Hi there,

So I recently had to reset Windows 10 (internet and buttons were really messed up). After the reset I was being told to activate Windows, so I went and saw Error Code 0xC004F012 that the product key was not legitimate. I tried entering my product key number
in to activate but I got error code 0xC000022. I waited a few days and tried again, but I still got the same issue. The product key is legitimate, I got it from Microsoft through Amazon. What can I do?
