    Hello everyone!

    Please help me if you have any ideas/solutions about my 2 issues listed below:

    Win10 version: 1903 (built: 18362.720) Enterprise (was the same issue at all patches so far)
    PC build is in the profiles, hopefully you can check that if needed.
    I use Userbenchmark for tests.

    #1 Windows 10 stucks on loading screen in 50% of the startups
    - alltogether around 50% of the startups don't finish (I've waited 5+ mins)
    - it seems that it is not frozen, but it stuck at the loading screen, keep loading, using drives

    #2 Storage drives works like half speed sometimes (both NVME SSDs and HDD)
    Got 2x m.2 drives: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB & ADATA ASX8200PNP 256GB
    - Normally I see Samsung drive to produce ~2000MB/s speeds and ADATA ~1200MB/s, but at some "normal" starts, when I don't get the #1 issue the drive speeds slows down to ~6-700MB/s
    - I don't see any differences at normal starts, the system stands up in within 20 seconds both cases, still benchs shows drastical differences
    - as far as I know I use the Samsung drive in x4 mode, and the ADATA in x2, as the motherboard allows.

    I know there is a quite high variation in this bench of drives, but usually the drives perform within +-30%.

    There are some factors that may cause the computer to slowdown, corrupt Windows system files, is one of the factor that can slow down the computer and cause other problems.

    To isolate the issue, we would like to ask some information:

    • Did you get any error messages?
    • Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    How to remove a bad drive in Windows 10 storage spaces pool

    Could someone list the steps involved in replacing a bad drive from a Windows 10 storage spaces pool? I cannot find any info on the Microsoft support site that is specific to Windows 10. Also, could you list the steps to remove a 'good' drive and replace
    it with another drive if the process is different?
