    I purchased a refurbished Toshiba laptop and tried to install Windows 10 but the laptop wouldn't accept my product code and gave the error code 0x80070057.

    Did you ever get this resolved? I have a Refurbished Laptop with Windows 7 Pro for Refurbished PC and the Win10 upgrade has been installed but will not activate. Would just like to know if I have to shell out additional cash, or if there a way to enable
    this Product KEY but in Windows 10.

    Hi,

    I have a laptop which has been refurbished with Windows 10 as operating system. I'm unable to launch "zwift" software even though laptop meets specification requirements for using zwift. I have updated drivers, checked for windows updates and cleared all
    cookies/ temp internet files. One test suggest there is a compatibility issue - any suggestions please.

    Certified refurbished activation without touch monitor or smart phone.

    Unable to activate Microsoft Windows. My keyboard and mouse will not work, no connection. I am using HP Chromebook laptop using Google only. No key code because computer is certified refurbished. My software is Windows Professional 10. Any suggestions?
